I spent the morning with my big man, Pilgrim. It was beautiful out! Then we spent the afternoon with my huge little man at his first trip to the park. He took his first trip down the slide too. (Video of that, courtesy of Brewster, yet to come.) It was a great day!!!!!Tuesday, May 10, 2011

First born sons
Another Pop-Pop visit!
So I have gotten a little behind on the blogging, but here's the latest! Q and I headed south, not only to see the updated train set, but also to spend time with his other cousins, well, both sets of cousins! It was a great couple days and while we had a horrible drive down, we had an amazingly peaceful drive home (yes, he slept). I think his cousins wore him out!
For those of you paying close attention, notice there's a main street on the train set! Q was sitting in the middle of the table last time, in his bumbo!

Dinner, and kilts, and trains - Oh My!
Just a little overnight trip to Pop-pops for a visit with his grandparents, and his cousins, of course! While the drive was about a half-hour too long for the little guy, we definitely had fun, and will be doing it again!
Quinton got to show off his legs in a Buchanan kilt - just his size! (Which used to be proudly displayed on one of my old Cabbage Patch dolls, lol!)

And after a yummy breakfast, he also got to play with, or on, sort-of, Pop-pops new fancy train set!

We made one more stop at his cousin's swim class before heading home, but hopefully as he gets bigger that drive will seem shorter. We just have to work on the length of those naps! :-)
