Easter Break!

This is the first holiday in a while that Matt and I haven't traveled anywhere, but we are saving for a super fun, fantastic wedding, so we'll get over it. Next summer, maybe.
Instead, I was able to visit my sister and see my neices and nephew. It was way more fun that splurging on a plane and other nonsense though, because, well, check out the pictures and you'll see what I mean.
I missed Taylor's birthday, which meant I wanted to make up for that, but I can't take for one without including the others, right? And I had bought one of these really cool "Make your own Peeps" kits, so I thought I'd take that and maybe some egg dye, because I'm sure they'll want to dye easter eggs, and one more thing, just in case, how about some of those stained glass window things that you bake in the oven! Ok, well, yes, I'll admit it, I had been at Michael's that week and I got a little carried away, but we did have an awesome time! Check it out! How stinkin' cute are they?! St. Patrick's Day!

Soo, this is a little late, but I just saw how behind I am and realized "wow, better post a picture or two!"
We rented a van and ran around this year for St. Pat's, no more craziness in Scranton for me anymore, I must be growing up, hah!
Anyway, I did get some nice use out of my new Buchanan kilt! It's pretty and it makes me so excited for the wedding, oh, also about the whole Scottish thing. I got quite a lesson out of wearing it to school with my family crest pin, too. Totally another story, but I continue to be amazed at how unexposed students can be to so many things. Does reading pack all that in or what? Where are those awesome little encyclopedia books I used to read in my parents basement as a kid? I'll have to figure out what they were, I want my kids to be interested in more than just media trends and pop culture, OMG, I sound like my Nana! aahh!
Back to St. Pat's, it was lots of fun and good times by all! Oh, and by the way, BF's rock!
