Ok, I know that it's Merry Christmas, but I liked the pun when I used it before, and thought it was a fitting title. My mood has changed quite a bit in the last week off. So I'm choosing to reflect on those feelings now.
With missing Thanksgiving and feeling so far away from everyone upon my return, I must admit that I felt out of place and disconnected to some of the things that are really important to me.
Having just spent the last week with my family and closest friends I feel that is all behind me now.
I got the most wonderful Christmas gift from my future mother-in-law, a carriage for the wedding, and having talked to so many of our closest friends about the wedding, I'm back in planning mode! Reservations, flowers, dresses, the bachelorette party, invitations, OH MY!
Matt and I are currently taking care of the hotel planning for our friends and family that are staying at the Inn with us and I'm soo excited!
This is going to be a great year and I look forward to more planning with close friends, and family! Happy New Year!
